Getting started
What is ModyPixl?
ModyPixl is an AI creative suite: it turns photos into videos, generates images and video from text, makes portraits talk and sing, composes music, and includes a full canvas editor — on the web and on mobile. You pick a template or tool, provide a photo or a prompt, and get a finished result in minutes.
Do I need design or AI experience?
No. Templates carry the hard part — the scene, the style, the direction — so your job is choosing a template and providing the photo or idea. The guides section explains how each kind of creation works if you want to go deeper.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account receives welcome credits to try real generations before buying anything. The editor itself is free for everyone — credits are only spent on AI generation.
Credits & payments
How do credits work?
Generation runs on credits. Buy a one-time top-up pack, or a monthly plan with a refreshing credit allowance — either way, each generation shows its exact credit cost before you confirm. Bigger creations (full story videos) cost more than quick edits.
What happens if my generation fails?
Credits are only kept when a result is delivered. Failed or undelivered generations release their credit hold back to your balance automatically.
Where can I see prices?
The pricing page lists current credit packs, and every generation screen shows the exact cost of that creation before you start it.
Creating
How long does a generation take?
Images arrive in seconds. Photo edits typically take under half a minute. Videos take one to a few minutes depending on length and complexity; full story productions with narration and music take the longest.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos where the face fills a good part of the frame. The AI preserves what it can see — sharp input, faithful output. Sunglasses, heavy blur, and tiny faces in wide shots all reduce resemblance.
Can I make a video of two people from separate photos?
Yes — couple and kiss templates accept two individual photos and bring both people together in one video. The two pictures never need to come from the same shoot.
Why does a face sometimes look different in a video?
Long clips with big, fast motion are the hardest case for likeness. Calmer motion, shorter clips, and a sharp well-lit input photo all noticeably improve how true the face stays.
Can I use my own voice?
Yes. Voice cloning learns your voice from a short quiet recording and then narrates any script as you. Built-in AI voices are also available in several accents when you want instant narration.
Content rules & privacy
What content is not allowed?
Content involving real people without their consent, sexual content involving minors of any kind, deceptive impersonation, and content that violates our terms. Uploads and results are screened automatically, and generations that fail screening are refunded.
Who owns what I create?
You do. Results you generate from your own inputs are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the rights you hold in what you uploaded.
What happens to my uploaded photos?
Uploads are used to run your generation and deliver your result. Finished results stay available in My Generations for a limited window so you can download them. See the privacy policy for full details and retention periods.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Account settings includes full deletion — it permanently removes your profile, data, and remaining rewards after confirmation. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Why was I signed out?
Sessions expire after inactivity for account safety. Signing back in restores everything — your generations and credit balance live in your account, not the session.
How do I get help with something not covered here?
Email contact@modypixl.com — real humans read it. Include the generation ID from My Generations when your question is about a specific creation.
