Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how ModyPixl subscriptions renew, how you can cancel, and when you are eligible for a refund. It applies to all paid plans purchased through ModyPixl.

1. Subscriptions & Renewal

ModyPixl Pro and Ultra plans are offered as recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Prices and the billing interval are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the same plan price at each renewal unless we have notified you of a price change in advance.

2. Where You Bought Matters

How you cancel and request a refund depends on where you purchased your subscription:

  • Website (modypixl.com): payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Cancellations and refunds for web purchases are handled as described below.
  • iOS app (Apple App Store): purchases and refunds are managed by Apple and governed by Apple's refund policy. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Android app (Google Play): purchases and refunds are managed by Google and governed by Google Play's refund policy. Request refunds through your Google Play account.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Web Purchases)

For subscriptions purchased on our website, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund of that payment.

This guarantee applies once, to the first payment of a new subscription. It does not apply to renewal payments or to accounts found to be abusing the policy.

4. Renewal Charges

Because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge, renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly within the last 7 days and you had not used the service during that renewal period, contact us — we review these requests in good faith and on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Cancel

  • Web subscriptions: cancel from your account dashboard, or use the cancellation link in any Paddle billing email, or email us at contact@mvirai.com. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
  • iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ModyPixl → Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ModyPixl → Cancel.

6. How to Request a Refund (Web Purchases)

Email contact@mvirai.com from the address on your account with your order or receipt number. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Free Plan

ModyPixl offers a free plan with no payment required. You can use the free plan for as long as you like and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you choose.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
